Question 1

What is ShowUpAI?

Accepted Answer

ShowUpAI is webinar attendance software. You add a webinar and it writes, schedules and sends an 11-touch reminder sequence across email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp/SMS, Circle.so and calendar invites, from three weeks before the event to follow-ups after it. The host approves every message before it is sent.

Question 2

How does ShowUpAI increase webinar attendance?

Accepted Answer

Instead of one reminder the day before, ShowUpAI builds interest over three weeks with value-led touches (an insight, a poll, a case study, an infographic), then moves to urgency, the join link one hour before, and separate follow-ups for attendees and no-shows. Using several channels reaches people who ignore email.

Question 3

What is a good webinar attendance rate?

Accepted Answer

It depends on whose data you use. ON24 reports a 60% average registration-to-attendee conversion on its platform in 2025, Livestorm reports 51.3% on its platform, and Demio (Banzai) reported 38% for live sessions in 2022. Measure your own baseline and compare each webinar against it.

Question 4

Which webinar platforms does ShowUpAI work with?

Accepted Answer

Any platform with a join link, including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Livestorm, Circle.so events, Eventbrite and Luma. ShowUpAI works alongside your webinar platform; it does not replace it.

Question 5

Which channels does ShowUpAI send reminders on?

Accepted Answer

Email (through your own Brevo, Mailchimp, SendGrid or Buzz.ai account), LinkedIn company pages, Facebook pages, Instagram, WhatsApp with SMS fallback via Twilio, Circle.so community posts and calendar invites (.ics). LinkedIn personal posts are prepared for you to paste yourself.

Question 6

Does ShowUpAI send messages without my approval?

Accepted Answer

No. Every touch waits in the Approval Queue until you approve it, and you can edit or regenerate any message first.

Question 7

How much does ShowUpAI cost?

Accepted Answer

Starter is $29/month, Growth is $79/month and Agency is $199/month. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required.

Question 8

How is ShowUpAI different from Livestorm, Demio or ON24?

Accepted Answer

Those are webinar platforms, where reminders are one feature. ShowUpAI focuses only on attendance: it works with whichever platform you already use and runs a multi-channel sequence across email, social, WhatsApp and community channels, with human approval of every message.
